1. Shipping Coverage
Velour Man ships across India. Delivery is available to most pincodes serviced by our logistics partners. Pincode serviceability is verified during the checkout process. If your pincode is not currently serviceable, we will be unable to accept your order for that delivery address.
We do not currently offer international shipping. All orders must have a delivery address within India.

Shipping charges, if applicable, are clearly displayed on the cart page and during checkout before order confirmation. The total amount shown at checkout is the final payable amount, inclusive of all taxes and shipping.
3. Order Processing
3.1 Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after placement. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding national and public holidays.
3.2 Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email (if provided) upon successful placement of your order. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive shipping details including tracking information.
3.3 Cut-off Time: Orders placed after 5:00 PM IST may be processed on the next business day.

These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, weather conditions, local holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you can track it using the Track Order page on our website. You will need your order number and the phone number used during checkout. If tracking information is available, you will also see the carrier name and tracking number.
6. Delivery Attempts
6.1 Our courier partners will typically make 2-3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after all attempts, the package will be returned to us.
6.2 For COD orders that are returned due to failed delivery, the order will be cancelled automatically. For prepaid orders, a refund will be initiated once we receive the returned package.
6.3 Please ensure that the delivery address and phone number provided are accurate and that someone is available to receive the package during business hours.
7. Damaged or Missing Shipments
If you receive a damaged package or if your shipment appears tampered with, please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it and notice damage, contact us within 48 hours at info@velourman.store with photographs of the package and product. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per our Refund Policy.
8. Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for most serviceable pincodes across India. Please keep the exact order amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change. COD availability is subject to the courier partner's policy for your pincode.
