1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. To cancel, contact us at info@velourman.store or call +91 9502492660 with your order number.
1.2 After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery (for COD orders) or initiate a return after receiving the product.
1.3 Cancellation by Velour Man: We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, pincode non-serviceability, or any violation of our Terms and Conditions. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2.2 Eligible Conditions for Return: A return will be accepted if the product received is damaged or defective upon delivery, the wrong product or incorrect size/variant was delivered, or the product materially differs from the description or images on the website.
2.3 Conditions for Return: The product must be unused, unworn, and unwashed. All original tags and labels must be intact. The product must be in its original packaging. Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items: The following items are not eligible for return: innerwear and undergarments (for hygiene reasons), items marked as "non-returnable" or "final sale" on the product page, products that have been altered, damaged by the customer, or show signs of wear, and items without original packaging and tags.
2.5 How to Initiate a Return: Contact us at info@velourman.store with your order number, the reason for return, and photographs of the product (especially if defective or damaged). Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
2.6 Return Shipping: For returns due to defective, damaged, or wrong products, we will bear the return shipping cost. For returns due to change of mind (where applicable), the customer is responsible for return shipping charges.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Refund Eligibility: A refund is issued when a cancellation request is approved (before dispatch), a return is received and inspected and found to meet the return conditions, or an order is cancelled by Velour Man.

3.3 Refund Method: For UPI orders, the refund will be credited to the original payment method (bank account linked to UPI). For COD orders where the product was delivered and returned, refund will be processed via bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
3.4 Partial Refund: If only some items in a multi-item order are returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned items only. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
3.5 Refund Amount: The refund amount will be equal to the price paid for the product(s) being returned. Any promotional discounts or coupons applied will be deducted proportionally.
4. Exchange Policy
4.1 Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size, colour, or variant. To request an exchange, follow the same process as a return request. If the replacement item is unavailable, a refund will be processed instead.
4.2 Exchange Timeline: Once the original product is received and inspected, the replacement will be dispatched within 3-5 business days. Total exchange turnaround is typically 7-14 business days including transit time.
5. Refused Delivery (COD Orders)
If a COD order is refused at the time of delivery, the order will be marked as cancelled and returned to us. No charges will be applied to the customer. However, repeated refusal of COD orders may result in COD being disabled for your account, and future orders may require prepayment.
6. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to shipping/transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damaged packaging and product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
